School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Book Week

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week like our book parade, where students dress up as their favourite book character and our community engage in open classrooms and a school picnic.

NAIDOC Week

NAIDOC Week is an important annual celebration that recognises and honours the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It provides an opportunity for our school community to deepen understanding, show respect, and celebrate the rich heritage and ongoing contributions of First Nations peoples. Throughout the week, students engage in a range of educational and cultural activities that promote awareness, connection, and reconciliation.

Kindergarten Transition

Kinder Transition is a program designed to help children and families prepare for the exciting start to big school. Through a series of visits, children become familiar with the school environment, staff, routines and new classmates. Children participate in a variety of hands-on learning experiences that foster familiarity, confidence, and a sense of belonging. This approach helps ensure a smooth and positive transition to school life for the following year.
